What happens after you ask

Tell us what it's doing
Send the request above. We reply with the price, the turnaround and the address to ship to — or book you in if you're local to Stuart.
- 02
Send it in, or bring it by
Pack the console only unless we ask for more. Our prices cover the return shipping, so there is nothing else to pay for postage.
- 03
We book the bench date
Once it lands, you get an email with the date it goes on the bench. Repairs usually run 1–5 business days from arrival.
- 04
Tested, then back to you
Every repair is tested before it ships. Listed repairs carry a 90-day warranty. If it turns out not to be repairable, you're refunded minus the bench fee for the diagnosis.
