What happens after you order

Order the repair
Use the Order now button above. You then get an automated email with instructions on how to pack the console and where to send it, using whichever mail service you prefer.

Send it in, or bring it by
Pack the console only unless we ask for more.
- 03
We book the bench date
Once it lands, you get an email with the date it goes on the bench. Repairs usually run 1–5 business days from arrival.
- 04
Tested, then back to you
Every repair is tested before it ships. Listed repairs carry a 90-day warranty. If it turns out not to be repairable, you're refunded minus the bench fee for the diagnosis.
